About
Dr. David Sukoff is a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics who has been caring for patients in Merrick and throughout Long Island for many years. He is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles for children, teens and adults while making orthodontic treatment as comfortable and positive as possible.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sukoff has embraced advances in orthodontic technology and treatment, including clear aligner therapy, and has been recognized as an Invisalign Premier Provider ELITE, a distinction awarded to a small percentage of Invisalign-certified doctors nationwide.
Dr. Sukoff lives in West Hills, New York, with his wife, Alissa, his high school sweetheart, and their three children, Josh, Sarah and Rachel. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to Laguna Beach, California, and skiing in Aspen, Colorado.
Education
r. Sukoff attended New York University College of Dentistry, where he graduated at the top of his class. Following dental school, he completed a clinical residency in general and hospital-based dentistry at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.
With a passion for working with both children and adults, Dr. Sukoff returned to New York University for advanced specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Sukoff remains active in the dental and orthodontic community and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists and the Nassau County Dental Society. His commitment to continuing education and advancements in orthodontic care allows him to bring modern treatment options and techniques to his patients in Merrick.
